CLASSIC  PATTIES
Thaw out burger patty needed for cooking in the refrigerator for at least
12 to 24 hours.
Grill
1. Preheat charcoal grill to high heat.
2. When coals or grill is very hot, grill burger patty 2 mins per side and serve immediately.
Pan/ Cast Iron Skillet 
1. Pre-heat cast iron skillet or non-stick pan on high heat for 2 mins until smoking hot.
2. When it is at 2500C, sear burger patty 90 secs then flip and continue to cook for another 90 secs.
3. It’s now ready to serve.

Note: After flipping you may add any topping, cheese, sautéed mushrooms, bacon or any toppings that you want.

CHORIZO  PATTIES

HANDCRAFTED HOTDOGS
Pan
1. Defrost hotdogs overnight.
2. Blanch in simmering water for 3 mins.
3. Heat pan to medium heat
4. Put 2 drops of oil then fry hotdog until brown, approximately 30 secs each side.
5. Serve and enjoy, Champ!
Grill
1. Defrost hotdogs overnight.
2. Preheat grill.
3. Blanch in simmering water for 3 mins.
4. Put hotdog on a tray then put 2 drops of oil, coat it well then put it on the grill until brown, approximately 30 secs each side.
5. Serve and enjoy, Champ!

PREMIUM BEEF TAPA

1. Make sure the beef is chilled and not frozen. Defrost in the refrigerator for at least 24hrs.
2. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add half of the pack of premium beef tapa on the hot pan and sear for 90 secs until light brown, then stir around for another 60 secs and set aside.
3. Repeat the same process with the other half pack of the premium beef tapa.
- It’s now ready to serve.

Note: Don’t overcrowd the pan. This will ensure best yield and tenderness.
