CLASSIC & CHORIZO PATTIES
GRILL
1. Thaw out patties in the refrigerator overnight for at least 12 hours.
2. Preheat your grill to high heat.
3. Once the grill is piping hot, grill each patty for 2 minutes per side.
4. Serve immediately.
PAN & SKILLET
1. Thaw out patties in the refrigerator overnight for at least 12 hours.
2. Pre-heat pan or skillet on high heat for 2 minutes until smoking hot.
3. Once pan or skillet is at 250°C, sear burger patty for 90 seconds per side.
4. Serve immediately.
Tip! After flipping to the other side, feel free to add your desired topping e.g. cheese, mushrooms, bacon, etc.
HANDCRAFTED HOTDOGS & SAUSAGES
GRILL
1. Thaw out hotdogs or sausages in the refrigerator overnight. Defrost only what you plan to consume.
2. Blanch in simmering water for 4-5 minutes.
3. Pre-heat grill to medium high heat.
4. Cook hotdogs and sausages until grill marks are visible.
5. Serve and enjoy!
PAN & SKILLET
1. Thaw out hotdogs or sausages in the refrigerator overnight. Defrost only what you plan to consume.
2. Blanch in simmering water for 4-5 minutes
3. Pre-heat pan or skillet to medium heat.
4. Pan fry hotdogs or sausages until desired color.
5. Serve and enjoy!
PREMIUM BEEF TAPA
1. Thaw out beef tapa in the refrigerator overnight for at least 24 hours.
2. Pour 4 tablespoons of oil in pan.
3. Sear beef tapa for 90 seconds until light brown.
4. Stir around for 60 seconds in the pan then serve.
Tip! Don’t overcrowd the pan. This will ensure the best yield and tapa tenderness.
STEAKS
GRILL
1. Thaw out steaks in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Remove from the refrigerator and let the steaks come to room temperature.
3. Use clean paper towels to pat dry steaks and remove excess moisture. This trick helps the steak get a better sear on them!
4. Season your steaks with salt and pepper or your own marinade.
5. Pre-heat your grill until it comes at 230-260°C.
6. Grill your steak on both sides according to your preferred steak doneness.
7. Rest meat before serving.
